Prepped Salads For Your Busy Week

Getting through your work week is hard enough! Let us help you with a meal or two each day. When your fridge is stocked with easy to grab meals, you will automatically make better decisions.

These are meal-sized salads filled to the rim with nutrient dense foods. All dressings are homemade and on the healthier side (i.e. I use greek yogurt for any creamy dressings). I can make any salad vegan, including the dressing, just indicate this during checkout. All salads are under 500 calories, including the dressing.

Order your salads before Noon on Thursday at www.Lettuce-Nourish.com. Pick up your salads on Sunday in Blue Ash, or contact me for alternative times. We also have Monday pickup times available. Bring a bag and/or cooler with you to transport your jars.

Keep your jar upright and refrigerated. Dump contents into a bowl or plate and enjoy! The salads stay very fresh in the glass jars but you will want to eat your salads by the following Friday evening after receiving them. The salads with chicken, salmon, or shrimp would be best in the first three days of receiving.
